THE BACKSTORY

A leadership retreat that means something

Most companies talk about investing in their people. We flew ours to Bali.

In May 2026, six of our leaders β€” from General Santos, Metro Manila, and Melbourne β€” came together at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort for a week of intensive Scaling Up training, strategic planning, and the kind of team bonding that only happens face to face.

Every leader arrived with a one-page strategic plan. They left with refined goals, stronger connections, and a clear path to driving real revenue growth for their teams.

But it wasn’t all whiteboards and workshops. This was also white-water rafting down the Telaga Waja river, spa sessions in Nusa Dua, beachside dinners, and a 4AM torchlit hike to catch the sunrise from the crater rim of Mount Batur.
