Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Digital Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys being hands-on across all areas of digital marketing. This is a fully execution-focused role for someone who can independently manage and deliver end-to-end marketing activities across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, automation, website management, analytics, and lead generation.

You will work directly with clients and internal brands, taking full ownership of campaigns from strategy through to execution and optimisation. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative, and consistently looks for ways to improve results.

The ideal candidate will have agency experience and be confident executing multiple marketing functions independently while using modern tools, AI platforms, and automation systems to improve efficiency and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, build automations, and support campaign execution.
  • Execute and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimisation, backlink strategies, and website audits.
  • Independently create, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Build and optimise email marketing campaigns, automations, sequences, and customer journeys.
  • Create and implement lead generation funnels designed to generate consistent ROI and qualified leads.
  • Manage customer accounts and act as the primary contact for ongoing marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and execute content creation, social media scheduling, marketing artwork, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct website updates, landing page creation, WordPress management, and conversion optimisation improvements.
  • Analyse website performance using analytics tools and provide strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Work with CRM automations and develop sales pipelines, workflows, and customer nurturing systems.
  • Participate in weekly internal meetings to discuss strategy, campaign performance, priorities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present marketing analytics, customer reporting, and campaign performance updates clearly and confidently.
  • Work on internal brands and projects, including websites generating high monthly traffic and international campaigns.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new technologies, AI developments, and emerging platforms.
  • Proactively suggest improvements, growth strategies, and new marketing opportunities for both clients and internal businesses.
  • Develop scalable marketing processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and systems thinking.

Skill(s) / Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience working within a digital marketing agency environment. Freelance, self-employed, or business owner experience alone will not be considered as equivalent experience for this role.
    • Strong hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing execution.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO and website analysis.
    • Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of SEM and paid advertising strategies.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
    • Experience using Ahrefs or equivalent SEO tools.
    • Experience with WordPress, website management, and landing page optimisation.
    • Understanding of sales funnels, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimisation.
    • Experience with CRM automations, workflows, and customer journey sequences.
    • Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, AI tools, and automation platforms.
    • Ability to independently manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Comfortable speaking directly with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
    • Ability to prioritise work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

    You will be required to complete a practical skills test involving a series of real-world marketing tasks. Experience with WordPress, Yoast SEO, Facebook marketing, and marketing execution is essential to successfully pass the assessment.
