Our Hiring Process

At Team Extreme, we’ve developed a structured, transparent process to ensure we find the best talent, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional results. Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Application Submission

It all starts with you. Complete our online application form, ensuring all required fields are filled out thoroughly. A clear, updated resume tailored to the role you’re applying for will help you stand out.

Step 2
Initial Screening
Our hiring staff carefully reviews applications to identify candidates who align with the role and our values. If your application meets our criteria, you’ll receive an email inviting you to an initial interview.
Step 3
First Interview
This is your chance to shine! Meet with our hiring manager, who will evaluate your experience, skills, and alignment with Team Extreme’s mission and culture. Be ready to discuss how you can contribute to our success.
Step 4
Second Interview

A deeper discussion with our Senior or General Manager helps us understand how you’ll fit into our team and collaborate on challenging projects. This step ensures we find candidates who share our commitment to excellence.

Step 5
Technical Assessment

For technical roles, you’ll be invited to complete a skills assessment. Conducted by our senior managers, this test allows you to demonstrate your expertise and problem-solving abilities in a real-world context. Depending on your role, there might also be a small additional test or task earlier in the process to better assess your capabilities.

Step 6
Offer and Onboarding

If you’re the right fit, congratulations! You’ll receive an offer to join Team Extreme. Our seamless onboarding process ensures you’re equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed from day one.
